The missing layer between humans and AI.

Everyone is building AI agents. Almost no one is asking why the hundredth session is as hard as the first. We did. The answer is a formal protocol — and we're building it.

The Problem

AI agents fail silently, drift off-task, and require constant supervision. The people deploying them aren't sleeping. They're monitoring dashboards, rewriting prompts, and spending more time managing agents than the agents save them.

The standard response is better models, longer prompts, more guardrails. None of it compounds. The problem isn't capability — it's coordination.

The Protocol

The Bellweather Protocol is a formal framework for sustained human-AI coordination. It addresses the structural gap between what AI can do and what it actually delivers when deployed.

The framework is formalised as a system of testable claims, with working implementations in production.
